Overview
Renolith is an Australian distributor in the civil engineering space, offering nanotechnology-based solutions for road and subgrade stabilisation. As they relaunched in Australia with plans to scale globally, they needed more than a basic website—they needed a digital platform that could build trust, generate leads, and support long-term growth.
Their original site was outdated, slow, and didn’t reflect their technical innovation. I rebuilt their online presence from scratch—focusing on performance, credibility, and conversion—built specifically for engineers, councils, and decision-makers like the managing director.
The website revamp took nearly six months to complete. A big reason for the timeline was the time needed to gather technical resources—case studies, lab reports, and independent research. On top of that, I spent weeks fine-tuning headlines, copy, and value propositions to make sure everything spoke directly to what engineers and the managing director actually care about.
The Goals
Renolith needed a complete rebuild of their online presence to support a high-stakes relaunch in Australia and set the stage for global expansion. The core objective was to turn their outdated, static website into a high-performance digital platform that could:
Build credibility with engineers, councils, and decision-makers
Enable fast and reliable lead capture through forms and sample requests
Reflect their innovation and technical expertise visually and structurally
Improve site speed, security, and mobile experience
Set up the backend systems—hosting, analytics, CRM, and email—for long-term marketing growth
In short: take them from invisible to investable in the eyes of potential clients and partners.
The Challenge
There was no real digital foundation. Their old site had no structure, no SEO, no tracking, and nothing to support lead generation or future marketing.
Everything—design, hosting, speed, structure, integrations—had to be built from scratch. And because their audience includes engineers, procurement teams, and government stakeholders, it needed to look sharp and function even better.
The Strategy
- Full WordPress Rebuild
I rebuilt the site from scratch using WordPress and the Elementor page builder. This setup gave us full control over layout, responsiveness, and content management—without locking the client into a rigid system. The result is a fast, flexible, and scalable platform optimised for both search and conversions.
- 11 Core Pages Built In:
Home, About, Product Overview, Resources, Sample Request, Sustainability, FAQ, News & Media, Blog, Contact, and Legal.
- Client-Driven Structure
The layout and information hierarchy were shaped by direct input from the Renolith team. I translated their technical content into a structure that speaks to serious industry professionals—while still being clean and easy to navigate.
- Branding & Visual Identity
I designed a new logo that reflects Renolith’s innovation and engineering credibility. I also created product labels for their physical sample kits and rolled out consistent visuals across all digital assets. On top of that, I developed a set of brand guidelines to ensure consistency across future content, print materials, and partner use. Everything now feels unified, professional, and easy to scale.

- Hosting + Performance Setup
I managed the entire backend via cPanel—handling SSL, Cloudflare CDN, LiteSpeed caching, and automated backups. The site is now fully HTTPS-secured, with firewall rules, bot protection, and brute-force prevention in place. These upgrades significantly boosted performance and security, helping the site pass Core Web Vitals and stay protected from common threats.I managed the entire backend via cPanel—handling SSL, Cloudflare CDN, LiteSpeed caching, and automated backups. I also configured Cloudflare DNS records to point the domain to the new server, improving global resolution speed and uptime reliability. The site is now fully HTTPS-secured, with firewall rules, bot protection, and brute-force prevention in place. These upgrades significantly boosted both performance and security, helping the site pass Core Web Vitals and stay protected from common threats.
- CRM & Email Marketing Integration (HubSpot + Mailchimp)
To turn the site into a proper lead-gen engine, I connected custom forms to HubSpot for centralised lead tracking, instant alerts, and automated follow-ups. The team can now manage contacts, track interactions, and move fast on new opportunities.
I also integrated Mailchimp to support future email campaigns and automation workflows. With both platforms in place, Renolith now has a solid system for capturing leads, nurturing them, and scaling outreach without relying on manual effort.
- Funnel Strategy & Lead Nurturing
I built a simple but effective lead funnel—starting with custom forms and sample kit CTAs, then routing contacts into HubSpot for tracking and follow-up. From there, Mailchimp handles email sequences and future campaigns. It’s a lean system designed to capture interest early and keep prospects warm, without overwhelming the internal team.
- Lead Magnets + Landing Pages
To drive conversions, I created downloadable brochures and a sample kit request form. Then I built landing pages for key sectors like mining, civil engineering, and local councils. Each page includes clear CTAs, credibility markers, and responsive layouts.
- SEO-Ready Build
From day one, I implemented clean code, semantic HTML, metadata optimisation, and structured data (schema for products, FAQs, and the company). I also hooked the site into GA4, Search Console, and Rank Math for full visibility and future SEO work.
- Ongoing Role
I continue to support Renolith as their webmaster—managing site updates, hosting, backups, security monitoring, and helping launch new content and features as the business scales.
